1. About Us

Swift Ai Blood Test Buddy is a digital initiative by Swift Diagnostics Pathology Laboratory, offering users easy access to booking and managing pathology tests online.

2. Payment Gateway

We use Razorpay as our trusted third-party payment gateway provider to process payments securely.

By making a payment through Razorpay on our platform, you agree to be bound by Razorpay’s terms of use, privacy policy, and applicable laws.

3. Service Charges

All charges for pathology tests are clearly displayed at the time of booking.

Prices are inclusive of sample collection (if applicable), testing, and reporting.

Additional charges (if any) will be displayed before confirming the order.

4. Booking Confirmation

Once payment is successfully made through Razorpay, you will receive an SMS/email confirming the test booking.

Swift Diagnostics reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking due to non-availability or operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed up to 4 hours before the scheduled sample collection time.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days, back to the original payment method, via Razorpay.

No refunds will be made for cancellations made after the collection window has started or for no-shows.

6. Test Reports

Reports will be shared digitally via On Website,WhatsApp and app within the time mentioned at the time of booking.

Delays, if any, will be communicated proactively.

7. Data Privacy

All personal and health information is handled as per applicable data protection laws.

Swift Diagnostics and Razorpay do not store your card/banking details without your consent.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of any payment-related disputes or transaction failures:

9. Limitation of Liability

Swift Diagnostics is not liable for:

Any technical failures or issues at Razorpay’s end.

Delays caused by incorrect user information or third-party service interruptions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
