The Anti-Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide (Anti-CCP or ACCP) Test is a blood test that detects the presence of autoantibodies directed against citrullinated proteins. These antibodies are commonly found in people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), often years before symptoms appear.

Anti-CCP is considered a highly specific marker for RA, and it is especially useful in diagnosing early-stage RA or distinguishing it from other types of arthritis. When used along with Rheumatoid Factor (RF), it increases diagnostic accuracy.
